CHEM 3407 - Instrumental Analysis

4 hrs

Introductory study of the principles and applications of instrumentation in analytical chemistry; methods used will include atomic absorption spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, uv-visible spectroscopy, high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2402  or school approval. Lecture two hours, laboratory six hours. Course Fee: $45
