Explores concepts of leadership and management through an examination of various leadership/management theories, application of ethical and legal principles, organizational and resource management styles, meeting consumer needs and delegation of nursing care. Emphasis will be on the student demonstrating critical thinking in the application of the leader/manager role. Four lecture hours and eight hours of clinical.
