EDCI 6302 - School Improvement and Educational Reform

Key issues that surround and define the complexities of sustaining continuous school improvement, with emphasis on schools as learning organizations will be discussed. Ground analysis and discussions in the research literature and in explorations of school and district cases will be incorporated into the coursework. Prerequisite(s): A valid Texas teacher certificate, a valid Texas Principal Certificate, and two years of teaching experience are required.
