MGMT 5351 - Strategic Human Resource Management

Develops systematic and strategic thinking about the strategic role Human Resource Management (HRM) plays in a business strategic planning process; emphasize the pivotal role of HR Planning in workforce analysis and describes processes for creating specific HR strategies in support of a particular business strategy. Note: The Major Field Examination is administered.
