PHYS 1401 - General Physics I

An introductory, trigonometry-based course. Designed to explore the fundamental concepts of physics; principal topics covered include both static and dynamic mechanics, sound and waves, and thermodynamics. Note: Students cannot receive credit for both PHYS 1401 and PHYS 2401. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1305 or instructor approval. Lecture three hours, laboratory three hours. Course Fee: $90.00
