EXSS 4301 - Principles and Techniques of Strength Conditioning

Designed for students taking fitness management composite major with specialization in fitness and strength. Emphasis placed on preparing students for the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
