Survey of Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and other relevant laws and regulations dealing with air and water quality and pollution effects. Prerequisite(s): ENVS 3301 or ENVS 3401 , or school approval.
