Composite Religion, B.A.

Course Requirements


(48 semester hours) In response to current trends among both traditional and non-traditional students to limit ministerial training to the baccalaureate degree, the School of Religion and Philosophy offers the composite major in religion. This major gives the student a very broad background in both religion and religious education. *Six hours are part of the university general education core curriculum.

RLGN 0001 Theological Research and Writing Lab : this course must be taken as a co-requisite with the first upper-level (advanced) RLGN or RLED course which requires a research paper or if required by the instructor of an upper-level RLGN or RLED course.
