Course Requirements

The minor requires 18 credit hours, of which 6 must be upper-level.

• EXSS 2304 - Safety and First Aid 3 hrs
• EXSS 3312 - Physiology of Exercise 3 hrs
• EXSS 3315 - Kinesiology 3 hrs
• EXSS 4300 - Exercise Prescription 3 hrs
• EXSS 4301 - Principles and Techniques of Strength Conditioning 3 hrs
• EXSS activity 3 hrs (in addition to University core and not including EXSS 1100 )
