Missional Leadership, Minor

Missional Leadership students will learn efficient strategies to minister the whole gospel within varied cultural contexts. Students will be prepared for missional service in complex cultural contexts from urban America to international settings and points in between. The Missional Leadership curriculum sharpens student’s skills in discerning cultural identities, developing missional strategies, implementing effective leadership models, communicating biblical truths, and practicing authentic Christian ministry. Students receiving BGCT ministerial financial assistance must complete MNST 3300 - Introduction to Ministry . This course may not be applied to the minor.
