The M.A. in Missional Leadership is an advanced degree for persons interested in missional service within the culture(s) God places them. This degree equips students with a theological, practical, and analytical framework for leadership and ministry in complex cultural contexts from urban America to international settings and points in between. The Missional Leadership curriculum sharpens student’s skills in discerning cultural identities, developing missional strategies, implementing effective leadership models, communicating biblical truths, and practicing authentic Christian ministry.
Program:
The M.A. in Missional Leadership is a non-thesis 42-hour program for students with no undergraduate work in Christian Studies. Up to *12 hours of foundation courses may be waived for applicants who have relevant background in Christian studies. If foundation courses are required, they should be completed within the first 21 hours of attendance.
