HR Business Partner, Graduate Certificate

A certificate in HR Business Partner is designed to complement the MAM and MBA degrees for graduate students specializing in Human Resource Management.  Additionally, this Certificate provides current HR professionals with the skill sets to advance to a HR business partner position with the appropriate knowledge in both operational and strategic roles. This knowledge includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with senior executives and department managers to determine their current and future HR needs, assisting the HRM department staff and recruitment teams to identify and recruit needed HR talent and developing HR strategies to improve the relationship between managers and their employees and to promote employee engagement.
