The Master of Arts in Applied Diversity Leadership prepares students to serve as innovative leaders in their chosen careers and organizations, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This program uses an interdisciplinary approach to take professionals to the next level of leadership, training them in both effective organizational management and cultural competency skills to develop mindfulness of current issues and become knowledgeable in best practices. By incorporating courses across disciplines, including human services, counseling, business, criminal justice, and public administration, students will be well rounded and capable of entering leadership positions across all public, government, and non-profit sectors.
