Human Resources Management, Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management is designed to provide students with the appropriate knowledge of business skills in relationship to human resource management. This certificate prepares leaders in creativity in relationship to change, cultural intelligence, complex decision making, effective communication, ethics, leadership, people management, persuasion, problem solving, and stress management skills.
