Hispanic Church Leadership, Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Hispanic Church Leadership broadens student understanding of Hispanic/LatinX religious experiences through exploration of pastoral care, pastoral leadership, missional actions, and an historical/theological understanding of the Hispanic/LatinX Church. Certificate program participants will gain skills necessary to engage cultural exegesis; offer pastoral care in Hispanic/LatinX Church contexts; provide ministry leadership in Hispanic/LatinX Church contexts; bridge the historical and contemporary Hispanic/LatinX Church; and develop ministerial strategies for Hispanic/LatinX church leadership. A certificate can be embedded into several of the master’s programs or completed separately for professional development.

**Prerequisites must be met for courses that require them unless waived by consent of the School of Christian Studies.
