Accelerated M.A. Strategic Leadership + Doctor of Strategic Leadership

The Master of Arts to Doctor of Strategic Leadership is an accelerated, 78-hour degree program that prepares a student to advance in their current or intended industry. Students have the option to be awarded an MASL after successful completion of the first thirty-six (36) hours. Twelve (12) of these hours will be doctoral level, accelerating the path into the doctorate. Masters-only students will end their degree with LDRS 5100 Leadership Capstone. Students pursuing the doctorate would forego the Capstone and complete the dissertation defense for the final hour. Permission to proceed from the MASL into the DSL, 1) requires transcript verification of cumulative minimum 3.0 GPA in MASL and 2) is granted at the discretion of the dean of the School of Humanities and Leadership.
