Exercise and Sport Science, Minor

Course Requirements

The minor requires 18 credit hours of which 6 hours must be from upper-level courses.

• EXSS 1301 - Foundations of Exercise Science, Physical Education, and Sport 3 hrs
• EXSS 2304 - Safety and First Aid 3 hrs
• EXSS 3301 - Sports Skills for Majors and Minors 3 hrs
• EXSS 3312 - Physiology of Exercise 3 hrs
• Six hours of electives in exercise and sport science - students are encouraged to select courses which will broaden their expertise in all areas of exercise and sport science.
