Introduces students to the sport of competitive and recreational target shooting with a variety of bows. Focuses on range safety and equipment, and follows the training structure of the sport governing body. Includes sport-specific low-impact exercises, target practice, and archery skills and drills that will reinforce stance, posture, and aiming techniques. All archery equipment is provided.
