The Undergraduate Certificate in Leadership in Business is designed to provide students with the appropriate knowledge of leadership skills in the workplace. This certificate will help prepare the student to implement their newly obtained knowledge in the workplace. This certificate will prepare students with skills such as creativity, cultural intelligence, complex decision making, effective communication, ethics, effective leadership skills and styles, people management, persuasion, problem-solving, and stress management.
*Courses must be completed at WBU.
