Project Management, Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Project Management provides students with the appropriate knowledge on the project management process, as well as how to use managerial skills within a team setting. This certificate prepares leaders in creativity, complex decision making, effective communication, ethics, effective leadership skills and styles, people management, persuasion, complex problem solving, and time management skills.
